What a weekend!
Best weekend I've had in awhile. Sat in with San Francisco boogie woogie king Mitch Woods at Grappa's with his Hong Kong version of Rocket 88's. Click on the song name to watch the performance (albeit medium quality).

On Sunday, I met Director Yim Ho (嚴浩), a talented Hong Kong "New Wave" auteur I've often admired who directed <似水流年>, <滾滾紅塵>, and <天國逆子>. He's working on a new film on the Nanjing Massacre in China. It was very odd because I met him in a karaoke out of all other unlikely places.
